Getting you the help you need

We are here to make it easier and quicker for people that have difficulties with anxiety and depression to get the help they need. Work with us is confidential and focuses on your specific concerns.  

We are here so that you don’t have to suffer alone. 

Using this service

If you would like refer yourself to this service you can either:

  • contact us directly
  • speak to your GP

We will invite you to have an assessment on the telephone and then offer you the support we feel would be most helpful for your difficulties. 

If we think we are not the right service for you we will do our best to point you in the right direction to help you to live the life you want.
