Description of service provided

Service previoiusly called Redbridge Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The CMHT provides an integrated system of mental health care and ongoing community support for people suffering from a severe and enduring mental illness who are living in the west sector of Redbridge aged 18-65 (referrals for those aged 16-18 not in full time education will be accepted). The team consists of nurses, doctors, social workers, occupational therapists and psychologists. The team operates a single entry point for referrals, a duty worker is available to take referrals and give advice.
