The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team offers home-based treatment as an alternative to inpatient care, for adults with severe mental illness (e.g. Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, severe depression) experiencing a mental health crisis.

The service is available 24-hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Able to provide a rapid response, the Home Treatment Team offers assessment, and safe and effective treatment. The service also supports carers and families, so that home-based care and treatment is as effective as possible.

The Home Treatment Team provide care until the crisis has resolved. They then ensure that the service user is put in-touch with the appropriate ongoing services.
