After the success of last year’s inaugural social media week, NELFT will be hosting another series of events at venues across North East London. The sessions will take place from Monday September 11 to Friday September 15.
NELFT social media officer, Kyle Grieve said: "At NELFT, social media plays an important role in our communication strategy and we have seen an increase in both our staff and the public engaging with us through these platforms.
"Our aim for this week is to empower staff and stakeholders to utilize these digital platforms, both as an educational tool and a platform to raise awareness of our services to a wider audience. Throughout the week, you can follow the conversation on Twitter and Facebook at #NELFTSoMeWeek. Our communications team will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have."
As part of NELFT's social media week we are running various events aimed at making people aware of our social media platforms and how you can use social media to interact with your audience.
These will be held throughout the week at our social media week hub in CEME in Rainham and at Goodmayes hospital. We will also have special guests attending throughout the week who will be delivering presentations related to the event.
