Did you know that North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) provides community healthcare services in south west Essex?

South West Essex Community Services became part of NELFT in May 2011.

Services are provided across Thurrock, Brentwood, Basildon and surrounding areas, ensuring local people can receive the care they need close to their homes.

Our expert teams cater for people of all ages from new-born babies to older people. We provide care and support for patients in a range of settings, including health centres, community hospitals and their own homes.
