NELFT is committed to effective consultation as it allows us to make informed decisions, ensures we are accountable, and helps us to improve the delivery of services to our users.
The Patient Experience team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust would like to hear your views on its draft Patient Experience Operational Policy, which aims to ensure that patients, service users and carers are involved in the work of the Trust.
The draft Patient Experience Operational Policy outlines the processes that will be followed by Trust staff to also ensure that involvement from patients, service users and carers is safe, fair and rewarding.
A public consultation on the Trust’s Patient Experience Strategy was held recently and more than 100 responses from staff, patients, service users, carers and community groups were received. To read more on these responses click here.
The outcome of this public consultation has been used to form the contents of the Trust’s draft Patient Experience Operational Policy, which we would like to hear your views on.
