Description of service provided

The Crisis Resolution Team is a 24/7 rapid response service for people, aged 16-65, in acute psychiatric crisis and at risk of hospital admission, offering the alternative of home treatment.


The team is multi-disciplinary and community based and will visit people in their own home/other practical place to provide support and treatment in the initial stages of a crisis through to resolution.
