Practice Innovation and trustwide service development

The Practice Improvement Team lead various trust-wide Practice Innovation and Service Development Projects in collaboration with all NELFT stakeholders. One example is the Acute Ward Transformation project. This project aims to embed the evidence base underpinning Productive Ward and Star Wards Projects as part of routine Acute Ward practice across the trust.
