Referrals

Patients under 1 years of age are automatically referred through birth notification. Patients over 1 years of age can be referred through a targeted service that has to fit certain criteria set by the Department of Health. Patients 1-16 years of age who are permanent residents of each borough can also be referred thorugh health visitors, GPs and self-referrals.
