Referral

Referrals are accepted on the single referral form from parents and healthcare professionals, direct to the single point of access (SPA) at Grovelands.

Criteria: Children between 0-16 years (or 17-19 years old with a statement) living in or registered with a GP in Redbridge.

Children requiring an occupational therapy assessment who are experiencing:

• physical disabilities
• perceptual-motor difficulties
• learning disabilities
• complex multiple disabilities
• psycho-social problems
• sensory processing problems
