We provide a wide range of community health services across north east London (Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham and Havering), and also in south west Essex (Thurrock, Basildon and Brentwood).

Our community services in north east London provide healthcare in community clinics and in people’s homes.

Services include health visiting, physiotherapy, district and school nursing, speech and language therapy, specialist dentistry and 24/7 rapid response for those who need urgent care.

Our community services in south west Essex are the leading provider of community health services in the area.

Each year we provide advice, care and treatment to more than 80,000 children, adults and older people across Thurrock, Basildon, Brentwood, and surrounding areas, ensuring local people can receive the care they need close to their homes.
