Need information or not happy with the service?

If you have a compliment, comment or concerns about your care or our service, please speak with a member of staff who is with you at the time as they may be able to assist you.  If you are not satisfied with the response, please ask to speak with a manager or senior member of staff, who will do their best to resolve your concerns.

If they have been unable to resolve your concerns and you wish to make a complaint please contact the Complaints Team.
