Malcolm was appointed Executive Director of Finance having been the Trust's Deputy Director of Finance since 2013.

Over his public sector career, Malcolm has accumulated over 30 years' of experience working in a range of senior financial roles and capacities, in the Health and Local Authority sectors, including several as a Director of Finance, managing and range of functions including IT, Procurement, Estates and Contracts.   

Malcolm is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
