I have lived in Barking since 1995. I am passionate about improving health outcomes. I am keen to ensure that our trust continues to be accountable the local community.

My background is in Public Health and currently work at the Greater London Authority as a project officer in the Health Team (Communities, and Intelligence Unit).

I volunteer with Thames Ward Community Project as a member of the Steering group. I build and maintain effective relationships with people from a range of diverse backgrounds. I can listen, understand and then, represent the interests of members of our NHS Trust and the local communities that they serve. I am committed to improving health outcomes in Barking.

I am a keen cyclist and I like to keep up to date with current affairs. I am currently working alongside NHS Healthy New Towns to run a pilot project aiming to improve men’s mental health in the community.
