What do learning disability teams do?

What we can do:
family   We help people with learning disabilities to lead a full a life as possible to reach their full potential.

We provide assessment and treatment for adults who have a learning disability, their families and carers. We work together with all of these people to improve their health and well-being.
a meeting We also work with other agencies and offer help to access to a range of other services.
a doctor visits home We will come to see you at your home, college, day centre or wherever you feel comfortable.
visiting the hospital If you're going into hospital, we will support you there.
