Hi, my name is Donna, and I am the Psychology and Psychological Therapies Lead.I have many roles, which include the day to day running of the psychological therapy team. I oversee the Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Family Therapy, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Child Wellbeing Therapy interventions. I work alongside the other leads to develop the service. I also work closely with other child services in Redbridge and across the NHS Trust. I offer a range of therapeutic models and enjoy supporting CYP and their families to address their mental health difficulties. I am passionate about offering trauma and culturally informed mental health services to children and young people.

Hi! I'm Kevin Amazona, and I'm the clinical lead here at Redbridge.

I'm responsible for the day-to-day running of the service. As part of my role, I work with the rest of the team to ensure we provide the best possible care to the young people and families of Redbridge.

I'm so grateful to work with such an immensely talented and resilient team.

Hello, I’m Dr Tim Smith and I am the Senior Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist at the Grove.  I work with children and young people who are struggling with their mental health in brief and longer-term therapy. My name is Vivien Wong, I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Redbridge CAMHS. I work with children and families with a range of emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties. I look forward to meeting you and working together towards bringing life changes that are meaningful for you and your family.

Hi, my name is Christina, and I'm a Senior Clinical Psychologist. I've been working in Redbridge CAMHS since 2017.

My current role involves providing support to the special schools across the borough, as well as working in the clinic with children, young people and families presenting a range of difficulties.

Hello, my name is Alison Taylor and I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist. As a clinician, I am passionate about trauma-informed approaches to care and acknowledging the impact of the environmental factors on mental health (e.g. austerity).

I work with young people and their families to support their emotional wellbeing. I use a range of different therapeutic models in my practice and enjoy working together to help people reach their goals.

I work with young people who may be experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. I support young people and their families using different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Hello, my name is Ayse Akan, and I am a Clinical Psychologist.

I help young people and their families with their emotional and mental health needs. I use different therapeutic models in my practice, including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapies.

I prioritise the values of my clients and what they want to change in their lives using the treatment I offer. This way, they can have a meaningful therapy experience. I also aim to be sensitive to cultural differences.

Hello everyone, my name is Sharon and I am a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist. I work both with CAMHS and the Redbridge Looked After Children teams.

I work with children and young people, their families, carers, foster carers, together with social workers and other professionals. I also work with my colleagues in the family therapy clinic where we work with you and those who take care of you to help you express how you feel inside. We listen to you talking about the things that are happening or the things that don’t make sense. We also talk and help explain things so they make a lot more sense to you, your family and those who take care of you and suggest things you could do to make things better.

Hello! My name is Rachel Scott and I am an Assistant Psychologist (AP) and Qualified Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP).

I offer evidence-based low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to young people and their parents/carers for those struggling with anxiety, low mood or behavioural difficulties, either within therapeutic groups or a 1:1 setting. I also conduct mental health assessments and am involved with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments.

Additionally, with colleagues, I run the post-diagnostic ASD psychoeducation workshop for parents/carers of children and young people with an ASD diagnosis.

Lastly, I support the team with conducting service evaluation projects and audits. I look forward to meeting you and your families and supporting you in the best way possible.

Hi! My name is Cynthia, and I am an Assistant Psychologist here at Redbridge.

I support clinical work in the team in supporting young people and their families. I'll assist with completing assessments, facilitating therapeutic group workshops, as well as conducting service-related evaluation projects as and when required.

Hi everyone, my name is Candelaria, and I am a full time assistant psychologist at Redbridge.

I support young people in our service by running group CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for those struggling with low mood or anxiety. I conduct triage and face-to-face assessment, and am involved in running the user service participation group UCAN.

Hello, my name is Mashiyath and I am a STAR Worker (Support, Time, and Resilience) at the service.

I am delighted to meet all the new young people and their families who will be joining our service. My primary responsibility is to liaise with schools in the area, run mental health workshops, and conduct telephone assessments.

Hello, my name is Zoe Rogers and I am one of the STAR workers at EWMHS (Support Time and Resilience).

My main role is to support schools in Redbridge, run mental health workshops in EWMHS for young people and parents and help the triage team with the telephone assessments where I have a chat with the young people and their families about what we could do to support them further.

Hi! I'm Ellice, and I am one of the STAR workers at EWMHS.

My main role is support schools in Redbridge with consultations, or if they need any support with EWMHS or advice for young people in schools.

I also help run workshops for young people, generally about anxiety, exam stress, self harm or general wellbeing. These normally run throughout the year.

I also help with the triage team and with telephone assessments for new referrals made to the service. This is when we call a family to see what the main reason for referral is, and have a chat about what we could do to support them further.

My name is Dr Radha Kandeth. I am a child and adolescent consultant psychiatrist, working in Redbridge. I have 18 years' experience of working with children, young people and their families.

I see children with different mental health difficulties including ADHD, Autism, Depression, Self Harm, Anxiety, OCD etc. I prescribe medication if and when young people need them, so that they feel able to talk and think about their feelings, or will help them at school and home.

I love to work closely with you and your family, so that you will make a difference and do well in your future.

I am a child and adolescent psychiatrist with 20 years experience in working with children and their families concerning mental health disorders. My area of speciality is neurodevelopmental disorders like Autism.

I am part of a special team who are all very talented and experienced in working with children and adolescents alongside their families. I really love my job and enjoy helping children and their families.
