On Friday (21 March), NELFT celebrated its inaugural talent show, NELFT's Got Talent, celebrating the creative talent of our colleagues
The atmosphere on Friday night for our first 'NELFT's Got Talent' show was electric. Everyone was on a high with the success of our annual staff awards earlier in the day.
Presented by the NELFT communications team to a packed house of colleagues from across London, Essex, Kent and Medway, attendees were indulged with great entertainment from singers, a ukulele player, an aerial hoop performer, a variety of dancers including traditional indian dancing and body popping. On the evening, there was also a selfie booth, drinks and a delicious buffet on offer.
Our 'judges' Graham Blowes, director of business development and transformation, Jacqui Van Rossum, executive Integrated Care Director (London) and Sultan Taylor, non-executive director, were there to critique all of the acts, in a nod to the successful ITV talent show, Britain's Got Talent.
The quality of acts exceeded everyone's expectations and the feedback on the night and through social media has been fantastic. The winners were picked by our audience with the help of Slido that generated the scores for us.
First place - Lance Ollivierre - presented with a prize of £500 for his team and a certificate
Second place - The Nightingales choir - £250 for their team and a certificate
Third place - Kayla Perrie - presented with a prize of £100 for her team and a certificate
