The NELFT Quality Accounts gives us an opportunity to share with patients, staff, partner organisations, stakeholders and members of the public what we are doing well, what we need to do better and how we intend to bring about improvements.
NELFT supports the values in the NHS Constitution which clearly states an expectation for all staff delivering NHS services to adopt six values:
- Working together for patients
- Respect and dignity
- Commitment to quality of care
- Improving lives
- Everyone counts
In preparation for the compilation of the 2019-20 Quality Report, we are asking all staff to take part in the survey. The survey is launched in mid-January and closes mid-February, with support from both the Patient Experience and Communications Teams.
