With NELFT having more than 4,000 staff now able to work agilely, the Trust has received much media coverage for the innovative practice.

The Nursing Standard has this week featured NELFT Tissue Viability Nurse Debbie Wickens in one of their regular Podcasts.

The podcast is about how Debbie and her team use agile working to the benefit of patients and how they are thriving due to the increased use of technology.
