You are not alone. Free, professional NHS support can help you feel better.

It is normal to feel anxious, stressed or worried at times, but if things feel like they are getting on top of you, or you’re struggling to cope, it can seem impossible to see a clear way through – but help is here.

Talking Therapies is a free and confidential NHS service that will work with you to help you feel better. It offers expert support from people who know what you’re experiencing. Our expert team will introduce you to effective tools and techniques that are proven to work.
