NELFT projects shortlisted for the Health Business Awards

NELFT has been shortlisted in two categories at the Health Business Awards. The ceremony takes place on Thursday December 14 at the Grange Hotel, St Paul’s in London. The Trust has been recognised for the MyMind App, with a nomination in the Healthcare IT category, as well as being shortlisted for a Patient Safety Award for the Significant 7 Training Package, run in collaboration with BHR Clinical Commissioning Group.

An interview with one of our NELFT Non-Executive Directors - Brian Hagger

At NELFT, we have seven Non-Executive Directors (including the Chair Joe Fielder). Non‐Executive Directors are members of the Trust’s board of directors and are appointees rather than employees. Their role is to contribute (collectively with the executive directors) to the strategic direction, leadership and management of NELFT, and to provide challenge to the executive directors and to bring an independent perspective to the boardroom.

NELFT and North East London Local Pharmaceutical Committee have won an award

NELFT and North East London Local Pharmaceutical Committee have been announced as one of the ‘AF Association Healthcare Pioneers 2018 – Showcasing Best Practice in AF’ winners. The award was for the project: Health Foundation Quality Improvement Improving Physical Health Care for patients with psychosis (PHCP) through collaborative working with local community pharmacies.
