Learning from complaints
Following an extensive inquiry into failings at Mid-Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust, Robert Francis QC published his final report on 6 February 2013. Many recommendations were made following this report and NELFT are now required to report on how they are learning from complaints.
Below is a report demonstrating how we have developed a learning tool that identifies themes and outlines the improvements made and shows findings from complaints received during the period 1 April to 30 September 2015 in a You said-We did format.
