Frances graduated from UCL with a BSc in Psychology in 2015 and then an MSc in Public Policy in 2016. Since then has worked in a variety of roles working both in the non-profit and private sector supporting people with the physical and mental wellbeing. A common theme in all these roles was communicating the need for high quality health services to offer the best support possible to service users.
Frances joined NELFT Quality Improvement Services as a Quality Improvement Communications and Engagement Officer and her first experience of working within the NHS. She is extremely excited to finally be working with the services she cares so much about, and to offer her experience around communicating with service users, individual staff members, and services as a whole, to support the Quality Improvement Team in all their work.
