Trish Reynolds

Trish qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 1987 following her training at Claybury Hospital (which is now luxury apartments and a very salubrious health and fitness centre called ‘Repton Park’). She worked all her clinical experience in acute in-patient settings and went onto become a Specialist Practitioner in Acute In-Patient Care. Trish took up one of the first Practice Development roles in NELFT in 1999 which she did for approximately 12 years; and then moved into Practice Education and undertook a PGCE and is a Practice Educator. Both of which she really enjoyed and as a consequence seem to become very well known in the Trust.
She has returned to her Practice Development roots with the Practice Improvement Team - a dynamic team primarily supporting NELFT staff with quality improvement initiatives and subsequent projects. Trish is QSIR trained and a Quality Improvement Mentor. Her passion lies in all things education, development and improvement work. Trish states she “works in the best team in the Trust; we are very supportive of each other, and work really well as a team and we have lots of fun doing what we do”.
