I have a deep and personal understanding of the social and internal issues that affect mental health and I am able to give sound insight to a positive input.
I have worked for two mental health organisations and also struggled with depression due to the difficulties of my childhood. I have learnt how to work on my own emotional well-being and to be of great support to others as I have applied the skills, techniques and self-care to live a more positive and harmonious life.
I have a deep empathy and I am a humanitarian that understands the capacity not only of services but the complex needs of the service user. I have a great solution orientated, critical thinking that can benefit the service and the service user. I am a people’s person and skilled at building positive relationships.
