Learning disabilities

Moore ward is an assessment and treatment unit (ATU) which provides a specialist assessment and treatment service for adults with a learning disability that present with mental illness or disorders and/ or challenging behaviours.

People referred to the service may present a risk to themselves or others and/or their challenging behaviours may make it difficult for them to live at home or to make use of other services or community facilities.
