Visiting our hospitals and community sites
Where we can, we will carry out your appointment on the phone or virtually via video consultation or webinar. If your appointment can only be carried out face to face and you are experiencing any of the recognised COVID-19 symptoms please contact your service and do NOT attend your appointment. If you are well and symptom free, please ensure you wear a face mask when you attend your appointment.
Visiting our sites
All visits to our hospitals and community sites are currently by prior arrangement only. This is helping us make sure we can safely accommodate the number of people in our buildings at all times, maintain social distancing in all our communal areas and wards, and provide the safest possible care to our patients. If you need to visit one of our sites, please contact the relevant ward team before arriving.
Wearing face masks
All visitors to our hospitals or community sites, except children and babies under the age of three, will need to wear a face mask. If you don’t have your own, masks can be provided when you arrive on site. For more advice on face masks and travelling on public transport, please visit the Gov.uk website.
