Among our staff we have award winning teams and individuals who are evidence of the innovative way we deliver community and mental health services to an incredibly diverse population across north east London and south west Essex.
It’s not only our population that is diverse, but also our staff profile. We are extremely supportive of equality and are award winners in this field. Equality and diversity is a high priority for us, we are proud of our staff and want them to be proud of us.
We pride ourselves in our ongoing commitment to being a Disability Confident Employer. We wish to reiterate that declaring a disability at the point of application, or at any point in a recruitment or selection process, will not count against any individual, nor prevent them from being shortlisted, subject to meeting the minimum criteria of the person specification.
Whether you happened upon this site by chance, or you are interested in applying for a position at NELFT, we can offer you peer and management support, professional development and the chance to be part of a team that delivers high quality services to patients.
In 2014, we launched the You said:We did campaign; a trust-wide scheme that looks to alleviate issues staff face on a day to day basis that have a negative impact on their morale and on patients’ experiences. Everyone’s contributions are valued, whether you join us to work in a corporate function or are on front line of service delivery, every role impacts on the services we provide.
