Referrals

Referrals will be accepted by faxing or posting the referral form to the single point of access (SPA). Self-referrals will also be accepted.

Criteria: Child BMI indicating that they are overweight orvery overweight BMI> 91st centile.

Exclusions: Overweight or obese child who has diabetes as a comorbidity
