Referrals

Referrals are accepted from parents/guardians and professionals in healthcare, education and social care.

Criteria: Health visiting is provided to families with children under 5 years old living in Waltham Forest. School nursing service is provided to all school age children from 5-16 years old and up to children of 19 years if in education in Waltham Forest.
