I have lived in Barking for over twenty years. I have an undergraduate degree in Public Health and I am currently a member of Thames Ward Community Project steering group.

I would like to be a governor as I have a demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective relationships with people from a range of diverse backgrounds. If elected this would make me ideally suited to listening, understanding and then, representing the interests of members of our NHS Trust and the local communities that they serve. I am committed to improving health outcomes in Barking. Becoming a governor would allow me to play a greater role in contributing to sustainable positive change in Barking and Dagenham.
