Jen’s motivation for joining NELFT is deeply personal and rooted in her strong connection to the communities the Trust serves. Originally from Redbridge and educated in Waltham Forest, she brings first hand insight as both a user of local health services and a former carer. These experiences have equipped her with a strong understanding of the realities behind performance data and board reports, as well as the profound impact that skilled, compassionate professionals can have for people whose voices are not always heard.

Jen brings over a decade of experience delivering publicly funded programmes, combining strong commercial insight with a clear commitment to equity, governance and value for money. Through her consultancy work, she has designed and delivered more than 20 programmes across London with a combined value exceeding £1 million, developing sustainable operating models and delivering measurable impact while managing risk effectively.
