Cohort 20: QI Facilitator Programme Graduation

The programme supports staff to build practical Quality Improvement (QI) skills while leading their own improvement work within their services. Across the cohort, our improvers applied QI methods to understand the problem, engage with stakeholder to develop a change theory to test changes in real settings, and use data to learn what was working (and what needed refining). Each improver was supported throughout by a named QI mentor.

During graduation we saw a diverse range of improvement work focused on the challenges and priorities in day-to-day care and support. You can read more about each project by clicking the links to the posters below.

Your commitment, creativity, and passion for improvement are truly inspiring. You have not only completed this programme but have also contributed to meaningful change across our Trust. We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved.
