NELFT New Ways of Working

Executive Management Team (EMT) instructed the Quality Improvement (QI) team to work alongside 11 pilot teams across the Trust (a mixture of clinical and corporate teams), over five months, to support those teams and their service users to look at their new way or working and how that model can be sustained in the future, beyond the pandemic. There will be eight phases rolling every six weeks, where approximately 80 teams per phase will be contacted to be supported to initiate the process.
