Quality Improvement Facilitator Programme Graduation

On 9th July 2025, the NELFT Quality Improvement (QI) team proudly celebrated the graduation of Cohort 19 from the QI Facilitator Programme - a milestone marking nine months of dedication, learning, and impactful change.

This programme empowers staff to lead their own QI projects within their services, supported every step of the way by a dedicated Improvement Advisor. The result? A wave of innovative, data-driven projects that are already making a difference across NELFT.

Graduates presented a diverse range of projects, each tackling real-world challenges and delivering measurable improvements - from embedding processes into structures and saving resources to enhancing patient care and staff experience.

A huge congratulations to all our Cohort 19 graduates! Your commitment, creativity, and passion for improvement are truly inspiring. You've not only completed a this programme but have also contributed to meaningful change across our Trust. We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved.
