Have you ever wondered what are the biggest challenges at work and how can you improve the quality of your service for both your service and yourself?
Come and meet your Quality Improvement lead to help you find the answers!
Come and talk to us about how you can bring about positive change within your team or service. Whatever job challenge you're facing or banding you hold, it's important that you feel confident about taking steps to improve.
Every staff member within NELFT has a dedicated quality improvement lead, based within the NELFT Quality Improvement Services, who's mission it is to support and guide you on your quality improvement journey. The Quality Improvement Services ICD Leads want to meet you and help you become part of the change. We'd encourage you to take this opportunity to ask any questions you may hold and most importantly tell us how we can assist you.

Learn more and share
We have created and attached an event brochure and poster. The event brochure gives you information about the Quality Improvement Services, your Quality Improvement lead and how and why to get involved with quality improvement; and the event poster advertises how to get involved with the drop-ins. We would recommend downloading both to share amongst your team.
Have your say!
We are conducting a survey to understand your view about quality improvement at NELFT and to identify what is working well from a directorate perspective and also main areas where we need to make changes in order to provide you and your team a better support with your improvement ideas or projects. Your feedback is very important for us to continue making sustainable improvements within our Trust and for the NHS.
Quality improvement is part of everyone's role, so email us today at firstname.lastname@example.org, regardless of your job title or role, and find out how you can make a positive difference in healthcare, your team and service.
