The Redbridge Neurology Specialist Service supports people over the age of 18 living with either:

• Parkinsons Disease
• Motor Neurone Disease
• Multiple Sclerosis

The service helps patients avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and out patient appointments by providing care in the community to include:

• Advice and information of conditions
• Medication review
• The opportunity to identify concerns with patients and their carers and discuss ways of managing them
• Liaison between neurologist, GPs, and other health care professionals regarding all aspects of care
• Signposting to relevant organisations
