Once you have completed the nomination form at the end of this page, it will be processed by our team and it will go through a HR check to ensure the person being nominated can be part of the process.

If the person you are nominating does not work for NELFT but for a partnership organisation who works closely with us, please provide their line managers details, so that we can ensure the HR check is still completed.
