The Make a Difference Awards is our monthly staff awards scheme that recognises and celebrates colleagues who go above and beyond to deliver great care for our patients and make a difference to our community and/or colleagues.

Staff who receive a nomination are awarded a Make a Difference badge and certificate to acknowledge their fantastic work. All nominees are then put forward for our annual Make a Difference awards ceremony, where our judging panels will pick one winner from every category who will be presented with a trophy and certificate on the awards night.

Our annual Make a Difference Awards ceremony took place on Thursday 23 March 2023.
