On Saturday 6 December, Christmas lights were switched on by Julia Lopez MP at St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub in Havering as the local community gathered in celebration of the hub’s first anniversary as a transformative ‘one-stop-shop' in the NHS.

North London Integrated Non-Custodial Liaison and Diversion Service

The North London Forensic Collaborative is leading a new Integrated Non-Custodial Service across the boroughs of North London, which will include Liaison and Diversion in all police custody suites, including Metropolitan, City of London, British Transport Police and Marine Policing unit in addition to Magistrates and Crown Courts. The pathway of services will also include a new Primary Care Men’s Mental Health Treatment Requirement Service. This will for the first time in London, provide Probation with a greater range of community order options.

AI virtual assistant enhances access to Children’s Therapy services

NELFT is excited to announce the expansion of Harper, an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual agent designed to make managing appointments faster, easier, and more convenient.

Harper is now live across children’s therapy services in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, supporting appointment management for occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy (service availability varies by borough).
