The Redbridge Recovery Hub, delivered in partnership with Hestia , provides free mental health support to Redbridge residents aged 18 and over. Designed as a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, the Hub operates on an open-door basis with no appointment required, ensuring that individuals can access support when they need it.

North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) has partnered with Hospital Rooms and the world-renowned Kingdom Choir, famous for performing ‘Stand By Me’ at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to showcase the power of music in improving mental health and wellbeing.  

North East London NHS Foundation Trust are proud to announce that the Coping Through Football (CTF) project, which supports the recovery of adults (aged 18+) and young people (aged 12 -17) experiencing mental health issues through football based sessions, has won the Giving Confidence Award at the Personalised Care Awards 2025. 

The British Medical Association (BMA) has announced that resident doctors (formerly known as junior doctors) will take strike action from 07:00 on Wednesday 17 December until 07:00 on Monday 22 December 2025.

Redbridge Council and NELFT NHS Foundation Trust have launched a groundbreaking service offering vital support to vulnerable families from the earliest stages of pregnancy through to one year post-birth.

The North London Forensic Collaborative is leading a new Integrated Non-Custodial Service across the boroughs of North London, which will include Liaison and Diversion in all police custody suites, including Metropolitan, City of London, British Transport Police and Marine Policing unit in addition to Magistrates and Crown Courts. The pathway of services will also include a new Primary Care Men’s Mental Health Treatment Requirement Service. This will for the first time in London, provide Probation with a greater range of community order options.
