Adult diabetes
We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists which include specialist nurses, dietitians and support from consultant diabetologists.
We provide specialist diabetes advice, education and support for adults diagnosed with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and their carers. This involves working with adults with diabetes giving holistic clinical and coordinated management; assessing their needs, working to stabilise their condition and optimising their control and treatment.
We also provide support and education for healthcare professionals. Through our central office at Mayflower community hospital in Billericay, patients are able to book appointments in the following clinics:
