Claire Vine, Diabetes Transformation Lead from MSECC said:

We understand that everyone’s needs are unique. The 15-week programme is customised to address specific requirements. We are encouraging people to join like-minded individuals who share a common goal: achieving their best health. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can thrive.”

Garry Tapsell from Impulse Leisure said:

“We’ve scheduled the sessions in the evenings at the Tilbury Community Centre to accommodate busy schedules. Taking action today can significantly reduce your risk of developing serious complications. People are encouraged to find out more and sign up as spaces are limited.”

The programme will start in the spring with dates to follow. People are encouraged to sign up with expressions of interest. Spaces are limited.

The programme is being delivered by professional trainers from Impulse Leisure in partnership with the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSECC), a partnership of Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT), North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) and Provide Community Interest Company (Provide CIC).
