
NELFT is pleased to celebrate the fifth cohort of the Leaders Empowered to Achieve Their Potential (LEAP) programme. LEAP has been designed to nurture and develop leadership for global majority staff working at NELFT.
The programme was created to equip global majority leaders with the skills, confidence, and awareness necessary to excel in increasingly complex and demanding roles. A key learning module includes ‘Cultural Awareness of Barriers to Progression’, which provides leaders with practical tools to navigate diversity and inclusion within their teams.
In addition to structured learning modules, participants benefit from a year-long personalised coaching programme. This support fosters professional development, reinforces key learning outcomes, and enables participants to apply newly acquired skills with assurance and impact in their respective roles.
