Our lovely volunteers Dot and Barry Spragg were nominated by our Romford COVID Vaccination Centre team to attend a celebration and memorial event at Westminster Abbey on 23 March 2022. Dot and Barry have been our longest serving volunteers who have supported our Romford Vaccination Centre.

Overall NELFT has delivered over 350,000 COVID vaccinations throughout the programme and this would not have been possible without the support of all the volunteers who have supported us.

Dot said:

"We had a fantastic time in Westminster Abbey. We spoke to so many interesting people, Will who was a guest speaker, a local GP who set up one of the first vaccination centres, a few volunteers who had interesting stories to share and so many more."
