North East London NHS Foundation Trust’s (NELFT) 24/7 mental health crisis assessment hub has been shortlisted for the Service User Engagement Award at the Design in Mental Health Awards.
The nomination recognises NELFT’s commitment to involving service users in the design and delivery of its crisis services, ensuring that lived experience plays a central role in shaping support for people at critical moments in their mental health journey.
The Design in Mental Health Awards celebrate innovation and excellence across the sector, highlighting projects that improve environments, experiences and outcomes for service users.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 2 June from 5pm, following the close of the exhibition, with the event open to all attendees. Selected categories may also be invited to take part in interviews on 3 June, with features published in a future edition ofThe Network Magazine.
