Patient art exhibition opens to the public at London Gallery

An art initiative involving patients from Goodmayes Hospital opens to the public on Wednesday 3 November and runs to Saturday 4 December, 11am – 5pm. The venue hosting this amazing project is Cork Street Galleries, 30 Old Burlington Street, London W1S 3AR.

The Hospital Rooms, Art + Psychiatric Intensive Care project has been ongoing for over a year and culminates in this prestigious exhibition. Content from NELFT features works from Titian Ward and has been developed by patients and artists together.

In their most pioneering project to date, Hospital Rooms commissioned 18 world class and site-specific artworks for three Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) for men. The initiative sees collaboration between three London NHS Trusts – NELFT, West London NHS Trust and East London NHS Trust.
