I am a parent or carer

We understand that as a parent or caregiver, finding time for yourself can be incredibly challenging, especially when you're supporting a young person with their mental health. Balancing life's ups and downs while taking care of others can take a toll on all of us. That's why we want to provide you with some valuable tips and information to support your own well-being.
