What is the Medway Young Persons' Wellbeing service?
The Medway Young Persons' Wellbeing Service is run by NELFT NHS Trust and provides emotional wellbeing and mental health advice and support for young people and their families across Medway.
Our service is available to young people from the age of 0-19 and in some cases up to the age of 25 for some young people with complex special educational needs.
The Medway Young Persons' Wellbeing Service offers advice and support for:
- Stress
- Low mood
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Self-harm
- Difficult to manage behaviours
NELFT also provide support for neurodevelopmental difficulties such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). For more information visit our NLDS page.
