Infant feeding

The Infant Feeding Support Workers provide a high standard of Infant feeding support by face to face, telephone or virtual appointments.

They run infant feeding clinics where you can discuss any matters relating to feeding your baby; breastfeeding, formula feeding & introducing solid foods. Advice can also be provided to expectant parents. They also offer monthly ‘Introduction to Solid Food’ virtual workshops to all families in Thurrock.

Infant feeding advice can also be given at the child health clinics or by calling the duty Health Visitor on 0300 300 1999, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
