Please note that we also run a young people’s participation group (for service users aged 12 – 18) to gain further feedback on how we can run our services. Please contact the EDS email or speak to your clinician if you are interested in participating in this group.

Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

This service offers confidential advice and support on health-related matters for our NHS trust. They are your first point of contact to help improve the care you are provided through listening to your concerns and suggestions.

This service can take forward any compliments you may wish to make, furthermore, they can provide advice on the NHS complaints procedure and how to get independent help if you wish to make a complaint via the use of an advocate.

This service is operating Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm, not including bank holidays)
